FundPark upsizes landmark financing deal of up to $500 million from Goldman Sachs

Hong Kong, 22 January 2024 - FundPark, Asia's eCommerce liquidity solution and technology provider, has announced the closing of an asset-backed securitization (ABS) facility of up to US$250 million with Goldman Sachs as senior facility provider. Through this ABS facility, FundPark's proprietary platform will serve to bridge the working capital finance needs of small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) engaging in cross-border eCommerce business.

FundPark has grown rapidly over the past year through the expansion of its products, customers and geographical operations to serving digital entrepreneurs transacting in over 15 markets including in Greater China, Southeast Asia, Europe and the U.S. Today, it employs over 80 people across three offices in Hong Kong and mainland China.
